The quality on these pieces is outstanding. I layered this freshwater pearl choker and the baroque pearl chunky chain with some very expensive, very elegant midcentury vintage solid gold & pearl jewelry, and they blended right in. You’d never know that these were simple gold-plated pieces from Amazon! I have several Aobei Pearl pieces, and I keep buying more because they’re an easy way to add trendy variety to my jewelry collection. I tried several of the demi-fine/fashion jewelry brands on Amazon, and Aobei Pearl was the clear winner for combining quality, superior design, and low prices. The pieces are properly finished and have a nice heft to them, and they aren’t overly shiny like most cheap jewelry. There are lots of online jewelers and Etsy shops selling demi-fine, boho-style jewelry like this for $50-300, and I know a good deal when I see one.
