At the time of writing this review, I’ve already installed and removed this hair. Upon arrival the hair looks beautiful, the texture isn’t 4C kinky, it had a bit of silkiness to it. I ordered from 3 different sellers to see what I liked best and one of the others I ordered was more textured. I have been wearing kinky hair for the past 14 years, that and curly are the only texture I wear. This hair look nice on the day of install, my stylist do not cut the wefts, she fold them at the ends. This hair started shedding immediately. My bathroom was always covered in this hair, I was at an event and we were making food, I saw my hair on some of the food and I wasn’t brushing it or anything, it’s just falling out. That alone drove me crazy. The back was tangled by day 2. I’ve never had real human hair that tangled like this and so quickly. I have worn my sew-ins for up to 12 weeks, this hair was so bad, I removed it after 4 weeks and it was a struggle not to remove after the 2nd week. But I had already bought the hair and pay to get it installed so I was held hostage with this weave due to the investment. I would not order this hair again nor would I recommend it. I’m not necessarily in love with the hair. It looked promising initially, but after the install I was not impressed. The texture is not a true kinky straight texture, it’s more of a blowout with a crimpy look. It also has more of a silky sheen to it, which takes away from the kinky straight vibe. The ends are very thin. The hair above has texture but the ends are just about straight. Visualize a person transitioning from relaxer to natural; you have a year or two of kinky curly new growth with the relaxed ends still hanging on for dear life, that’s what this hair looks like. It was more noticeable after the install. I ended up having my stylist flat iron the hair to bone straight for it to look wearable. In this state it’s not bad, I would have been better off buying straight hair at this point. It also has a slight odor. I wish I had washed it prior to my install. I’m not sure about shedding just yet. I’m three days in and it seems to shed as expected, but I wouldn’t say it’s excessive. I haven’t experienced tangles, but it appears it may have the potential to do so. Time will tell. Would I recommend the hair, not really. I wouldn’t purchase it again. ... show more

This is definitely one of the best purchases I’ve received from Amazon. The hair is super soft, when I received the product it did have a smell to it but once I wash the hair a couple of times the smell went away. Hair does have very little shed to it. It can’t really hold a curl but straightening is fine. The hair blends so well with my natural texture. Definitely will be buying again. ... show more

If you're having any doubts about this hair, don't. I bought the 16, 18, 20 inch bundles and I was not disappointed. The density is great, its not too thick or thin, its just right. It straightens well and curls well too. Its very durable. I did notice a slight scent from it, but it was gone after I left it out and definitely after washing it. Its so soft too, feels like blown out natural hair. I love it!. ... show more

Blended well with my daughter’s hair. Like the hair only issue is using a curling iron the curls don’t last after 45min- 1hr even with using a hair holding spray. Probably will have to use hair rollers over night. I did cut it a little shorter , The18in was too long for her.
