I purchased these to decorate my tower fan with so I can only speak to applying them to plastic. They're decent quality but much more transparent than I expected (you can see it on the dots I overlapped but I thought it looked cool) so the colors are more muted on the pink than on the white backing they come on. They are very sticky which is good but I found that if I wanted to take one off to reposition I couldn't reuse it. I wasted quite a few because of that. You have to spend a good amount of time smoothing out the air bubbles due to the transparency (I had to use a credit card) and the clear ring around each dot totally shows no matter what you do (again, this is on plastic). I think, overall, it turned out cute but it took too much time. I can't imagine doing a whole wall or something bigger. ... show more

I had no trouble with them sticking to the wall. But once there, the colors did not look nearly as vibrant as they did in the picture.😢
