Very nice building blocks set, if you go with your own custom designs - you can buld more than one toy. Quality is good, ideas book is good both in terms of quality of print and ideas. You can find/buy different compatible sets with different pieces (some even include toy people) and make it even more enjoyable (but be ware that there are offerings with different pictures but with same building blocks/pieces so look carefully). For the price (about $21 with coupon discount I've got) I think it is a good deal. On the pictures you can see a few of toys we've built, not from the book. ... show more

The concept is GREAT! The durability is there, I will say the box it came in was definitely NOT a clear tote it was more like what you'd get to carry your cupcakes in, flat and no handles just very dollar tree esk! It's supposed to be 3+ and it's very much not UNLESS you are willing and able to sit the ENTIRE time holding either the parts while screwing the "bolts" to the "nuts" or both or almost to the point you're doing it yourself then letting the child play with the toy YOU just made! I'm sad I had high hopes! I love stem I taught preschool for a long time but this is most definitely at LEAST 5+! I would have waited is all I'm saying and I dropped the ball reading the reviews because it's been mentioned! That's on me I guess,and we'll put it up for awhile until my grandbaby doesn't get frustrated because he can't do it HIMSELF! ... show more
