The media could not be loaded. Check out the video. Note: this was 2x time compressed so the actual cutting time was about 1 min 30 sec. The test piece was dry 9/8” black walnut (about 3/8 thicker than S4S finished 3/4” stock). Walnut is about twice as hard as a soft wood like pine or poplar, just a little softer than red oak, and certainly not as hard as an exotic hardwood. I was not being gentle; I just hogged out a square to see what the blade would do and see what it looked like afterward. Overall, it performed well. Yes there was some smoke but that’s not uncommon with oscillators; the wood edges were not charred and the blade was still in good shape at the end. All the teeth were present, the edges were still sharp, and the set was still OK. You can see that in this plunge cut application that the blade left a somewhat serrated pattern. It’s much more noticeable on the cross cut than the rip. This must have something to do with the set of the teeth and maybe the oscillation speed. These work fine. They don’t feel as razor sharp to my finger as some other oscillator wood blades I have but maybe the CrV alloy will hold a functional edge longer. The lightly curved edge makes a rocking action much more functional. I’m at 4.5 stars on performance but that’s not an option. When I also consider the pricing for a 16 pack, that’s a good reason to go to 5 stars. ... show more

I used these on my Ryobi Multitool. I can't say they made my jaw drop or anything, but they make for solid replacement blades that fit and function just as well as the original. I ordered the AMZWEI 16PCS Japanese Teeth Oscillating Tool Blades for my old Oscillating Saw, the AMZWEI Blades are very durable and fit the tool with the included adapter right out of the box. It is nice to have access to affordable replacement blades for my Saw, finding quality disposables is rather limited, having access to good Industrial blades online breaths new life into my old Tool. These AMZWEI Blades also fit my Cordless Milwaukee Oscillating Tool. I gave the AMZWEI 16PCS Japanese Teeth Oscillating Tool Blades a Full Five Stars Across the Board. These are great! They hold up to extensive use and the teeth do not wear down quickly. One bad last twice, sometimes three times as long as most other blades I have purchased on Amazon. I also like that they are a bit taller than other blades, allowing for extra reach on deeper cuts.

    • Cut clean
These have Japanese style teeth on them but they are not nearly as sharp as you’ll find on a Japanese pull saw. You probably shouldn’t expect them to be. Like virtually every oscillating saw blade I've purchased these are essentially a use and throwaway item. That doesn’t mean they are bad. They cut clean, especially on the initial cut side, and relatively quickly compared to shorter toothed blades. They can leave a bit of a ragged edge on the backside of the cut. These have a slightly wider kerf than other blades I’ve used because of the odd/even blade spread. That is likely what causes the shredding as it exits the wood but it’s also what speeds the cut. The curved edge is helpful in both starting the cut and during the process. You’ll likely find you don’t need to rock the tool as much to make progress. They’re a handy blade to have in your oscillating blade arsenal. Full Disclosure: I acquired this as a Vine user.     • Sharp quick cutting blades
These blades worked well in my Ryobi oscillating saw better known as my buzzy saw. I was able to quickly cut a square notch in a 2 x 4 for my current project. They fit well and cut well. They should last as long as my other blades.
