    • Great for occasional use
I can't speak for frequent or heavy use of these drivers, since I bought them for a single hard drive repair. For the 5 or 6 tiny screws involved, the driver did fine, not rounding the screw head or the driver head. I suspect if I were doing lots of work with tiny torx screws, I would buy a more-professional set just for the security. As far as construction and build, they are fine - as I said, at least for light use. Like jeweler's screwdrivers, they have a rotating head to allow you to apply pressure and turn the driver all with the same hand, and that feature works well. The tips of the drivers are apparently heat treated for hardness, making them less prone to rounding. The variety and sizes of the drivers make them suitable for a variety of uses, and as a bonus, the seller includes accessories like tweezers, picks, probes, pry tools, etc., as well as a drawstring bag to hold them. The bottom line for me is that this set of tools did the job for me, and at a good price, so that earns them 5 stars. ... show more

Ordered this kit for the T5 torx driver, to remove the back screws from a Dell XPS 23 laptop to do a battery swap. Did the job fine, but because the very small torx drivers have thin fins, you need to carefully unscrew tight screws, with substantial downward pressure, to avoid camming out (stripping) the threads on the screw or rounding off the driver fins. ... show more
