Just got these but here’s my thought right off the bat. I read a ton of reviews before buying. For the price I decided to go with these. Comment1: like other reviewers I found these could screw on tighter. The posts are a bit long compared to the others I have. But? They aren’t falling forward like others claim. It’ll depend on your ear shape and thickness. All of you will be different! So suggestion for the makers: improve the post. Allow a few more twists so they fit more snug on the ear. Comment2: they are sparkly Iike others say. Do they look like real diamonds? Not sure but they sparkle so they’ll do. Comment 3: delivery was fast. Comment4: came in a nice box like others said. It’s presentable let’s say. If you gave these as a gift. The box isn’t a cheap cardboard thing. Looks decent. Comment 5: careful putting the backs on! I dropped the backing twice and I almost lost it. Had to go on hands and knees to search for it. I have short nails and it just felt small to hold between fingers. So? Advice! Stay away from the bathroom sink when you put them on in case it falls in! And make sure your hands are dry and grips well. The backs are hard to get on. Ain’t gonna lie! Once on though? It’s like an easy bake oven. Set it and forget it. They seem to stay in place. Comment6: I bought the 4mm. I have a 3rd hold where I wear a 3mm. The 4mm were perfect for my 2nd hole. These I got for my 2nd hole. So I’d say they r good size for 2nd hole for sure. I wouldn’t go 5mm on second or third hole. But I like the pattern where it gets smaller as you go up the ear... overall 4 stars. I’d have given it 5 stars if the backs were easier to get on and the post would allow us to twist the back on further. Just bought these so first impressions. I can update later on to let you know if they still look/feel good. I plan to wear these daily and sleep in them. Btw the backs of these r comfy. I don’t think I’ll get poked as I sleep. So that’s also a plus. I don’t like the butterfly backs on other earrings. They do Poke. Screw backs all the way for comfort and secure fit. Plus you can rest assured they won’t fall out. Just make sure the back is screwed on well. They won’t go nowhere! Overall I like these. I’d buy again if the posts were shorter or allowed tighter fit. Makers! There are enough comments from many customers here about the posts being too long. Get with your production team and make that better will you! Allow more twists for better fit. I can’t inagone a baby wearing these. Their little ears would definitely have them too loose! I’m an adult. And on my adult ears they r too long. Don’t buy these for your baby or toddler. I ordered the 4mm for my 14yo daughter. She had had her ears pierced for 7 months but even the 4mm studs were so small that they literally would pull through her ear and just fall out. I was very disappointed as in the description and pictures they were not that small. If going to purchase I would highly recommend a MUCH larger size! ... show more

These hold up for a long time. My first pair I wore nonstop (except occasional removal for cleaning) for probably 5-6 years. I only bought a second pair because my cat took off with one when I was cleaning them. They stay shiny and pretty even with constant wear! I can’t even feel them in.

A month ago I got my youngest daughters ears pierced. The 14k piercing earrings make her ears swell around the hole and where it swelled it was filling with blood. Also the wide flat backing dug into her ear and made it bleed back there as well. Everything I tried to get a good look at them or clean them she moved her head around and pulled away. It was so bad the one day I was going to take them out of her ears entirely but I didn't have her own pair with me at camp so I took out the pair I had in second holes, soaked them in rubbing alcohol and then replaced her old ones with these. Used the cleaning stuff on her ears and after an hour the swelling was almost gone and she would let me get a better look at her ears. Now a week later her ears are fully healed and she let's me touch them. After I had to have my first holes repierced I couldn't even use sensitive allergy free earing as the would make my ears itch really bad that was when I found these. Now I have 2 pairs, my daughters have a pair each, my mom has a pair and my step father has a pair (one is a spare until he takes the other out and forgets where he put it). The screw on backs are perfectly sized leaving room when tightened all the way. The posts have NEVER given me any issues for my allergy prone skin/lobes. They are very good quality earrings. I leave them in permanently for my second piercings and they have never had any impact from showering or other daily activities. The only problem I have encountered (expected given the size I bought 2mm) is that they are small to work with the backs when taking on/off. I hardly do that so not truly a huge issue. ... show more
