The chain is beautiful and dainty. I ordered the 30"- it's hard to find this length & style chain online elsewhere. It's lovely and very sparkly when the light hits it - it looks much better in real life than in the photos. It should be noted that it is very delicate so it should be worn with some care. It is somewhat similar to CatBird's "Tinsel Chain" - not identical. CatBird has a more dainty and refined design which I prefer - it has links in between the tinsels. Can be worn with or without a pendant. Has a spring lock clasp which is less durable than a lobster. Also, I saw a review that was concerned about the gold clasp as it stuck to a magnet. Most clasps have metal springs that will cause the magnet to stick--even if the piece is solid gold. All of my solid 14k gold chains' clasps will stick to a magnet - so this is not a good method for testing whether a clasp is made of solid gold or not. However, if any other part of the necklace should stick, then you should be worried. ... show more

It is beautiful dainty chain is it not something you’d wear while you’re swimming or hiking, it is more for desk job or party when you dress up. Not something I’d wear every day like my thicker rope chain. I looked at same smaller chains at physical jewelry stores and they were between $200-$300 so for the price here on Amazon it is so well worth it! I do agree with the others that said the clasp is very small and hard to manage. You can buy a 14karat solid gold extension clasp for $46 that clips onto it that’s easier to manage. ... show more

What a great necklace and the price was right! I'd been wanting a choker necklace and it's beautiful. I haven't taken it off since I got it. It's so sparkly and really shows up! I bought the 16 inch length. I recommend this neklace. It looks fragile but is sturdy. Update-- I put a lone lever back earring on it as a lightweight pendant for a different (sexy!) look! Update -- I am going to get an 18-20" chain. The 16" chain calls attention to my neck which at this point in my life doesn't need extra attention 😊 ... show more

I purchased my first 18" necklace in January 2023. I wore it almost everyday, including taking showers with it on, and exercising. It has BARELY faded. I was so happy with my purchase, I bought an 16" chain to layering. I have to say it DOES tangle with other chains, but that is due to the design of the chain. Please see photos I posted. Gorgeous necklace. It’s been my daily wear since 8/2023 but on 11/6, I opened the clasp to put it on and reached behind my neck to fasten it and…it wouldn’t fasten. I took a look and the ting had fallen off :( wish there was a warranty!
