Very nice chain, in the photo, it is next to a 4mm, 14k chain I have, and the 5mm is noticeably thicker, heavier, and has a nice color to it, a bit brighter color, I like it. Shipping was lightening quick and the price was about as good as it gets so, thank you, I love it! A+

Product misrepresented. The chain weighed only 4.1 grams, despite the 15 gram description. The chain had defects as if it had been run over by a truck. It took 6 calls to Amazon before I finally got my money back…over a month to get my $1,000+. Stay away…you have been warned!

    • How About the Entire Product was Missing But Amazon Resent It and I Now I Have Received It

I ordered a 24" 14kt gold necklace that I had to sign for. I opened the package and there were two empty plastic bags and an empty box. I have never seen anything like it. It's genius if you can get away with it. I have asked that a note be placed for the delivery driver to stand present while I open up the box for the replacement that Amazon put in. From this day forward, I will use the delivery driver as a witness while I open the package when ordering an expensive item as small and as light weight as gold jewelry when you can't really tell by the weight if the product is in the package. I was beyond irritated; I was angry because I believe this was purposely sent without the product. Now I feel like I have to have the item tested to make sure it is real gold if I actually receive the item. Update I did receive this product, and it is beautiful. Next I will have it tested. I'm just not comfortable after receiving an opened and empty box. Also, Amazon agreed to have the delivery person wait for me to open the package, however, it was sent USPS and placed in the mailbox; therefore, I was unable to have a witness when opening the package and I was unable to sign for it as well.
