Wear one set for a delicate look, or stack multiple sets for a luxurious effect! I can't say enough about these bangles. They are one of a kind and very delicate and malleable, you don't even know they are on till the light bounces off one of the hand made facets. I am in customer service and wear mine with a delicate chain. I wear my jewelry everyday until sometimes I wear it out. These are holding up better than expected. The gold is as pretty as when I took it out of the box and no wear I can see so far. Taking them on and off was the only time I really had to be careful. The craftsmanship, quality, beauty and originality are all so worth the cost. I will wear these out with no fault of the craftswoman. It has been more than a couple of years I have been wearing these bangles. I rarely remove my jewelry......I just ran passed this prior recommendation I had written. I read it and looked to my wrist where my still elegant, delicate and shiny gold bangles are. After of what can only be called abuse ( horses, gardening, painting, chemicals, fishing even latex gloves all day long). I want to say these are the best purchase for my wrists I have ever made. Tried to many times to go with 14k or 10k. In my active lifestyle they always with daily wear became scratched, dented and bent. I as always would invest yet again in another bangle heartbroken and lost searching for that perfect piece that was me. It was a revolving door lasting far to many years and funds to count. Here for under a hundred dollars are the perfect bracelets for everyday wear or occasional. In my first review I stated "holding up better than expected". I have to fix that and say they are durable and taking them on and off is a breeze as they are light and will form to you. I want to buy more and maybe I will for my granddaughter but mine are still gorgeous, perfectly gold and getting compliments. On second thought I will order another set as this is my style for forever. Craftsmanship that lasts a lifetime is hard to find these days. I purchased this bangle set in gold after searching for weeks for bracelets for my best friend’s 40th birthday present. I knew that I wanted something gold, but couldn’t afford solid gold, and I also wanted something that she could wear casually or dressed up. These bangles definitely fit the bill. They are certainly “dainty” in size/thickness, but you can clearly see the individual markings of each different bracelet. They don’t bend when you take them on and off. The bracelets come packaged very nicely in a box that includes a polishing cloth and thoughtful letter from the jeweler herself. I actually reached out to her before I made my purchase to ask about sizing, and received an immediate response. In the end, my best friend LOVED the gift! She literally asked if she ever had to take them off! They are so versatile that she can wear them with jeans, shorts, a dress, etc. The medium size fit her perfectly. I’d say it’s an average size. Bottom line: these are quality, beautiful bracelets! I’d definitely recommend purchasing from this seller/jeweler. If you can afford more than one set, even better! I purchased these for myself the other day. They. Are. Perfect!! Arrived quickly and in very nice packaging. Beautiful and dainty! I love the slight jingle they make. They look sooo good on dark skin. Think Lupita Nyong’o/Naomi Campbell complexion. I only mention this because another review mentioned they look good on “dark” skin and she was clearly just tanned lol! All my other jewelry is yellow gold and they compliment perfectly. I’m purchasing two more sets, one each for my two younger sisters as graduation gifts. One graduated HS and got into her top universities, and the other graduated college and got into all of her top 5 pharmacy schools!! I’m so proud of them, I wanted to get them something special because we’re unable to celebrate. Damn you Covid-19!! Just confirming hand sizes with my mom before I place my order. Medium fit me fine, I’m almost 6’ tall and normal weight (not overweight). My hands are relative to my height: large but long and skinny. The medium is perfect. For reference, I purchased a Fitbit recently. I use the 6th hole on the small band... there are 11 holes on the Fitbit small wristband. Hope this review helps!
