Very dense coverage, but also very artificial looking. Repetitive leaf pattern and no color variance. But again, it does block out a lot of visibility, so chose which aspect is more important to you: realism or privacy coverage.

This privacy screen works great. The leaves are nice and not too dense, yet they function well. It’s difficult to see through from the outside while still allowing a partial view from the inside. The set includes 12 pieces, each measuring 20x20 inches. Tip: these screens are folded for shipping. Simply take them out and leave them flat overnight to help them regain their shape. ... show more

For temporary use in an area that will not be touched by animals/pets or people outside, these should last for about a year I would think. As you can see from the pictures, the edges of the leaves shred and fray very easily, so they will not hold up long to wind or rain. The leaves have a hole in the center that is fitted over a plastic protrusion and then a tiny piece of plastic with a hole in it is snaped over that to hold it on. This would hold up to mild wind, but not heavy wind. In a strong windstorm I have little doubt that all the leaves would be stripped clean. Also, if people or animals brush up against them, they will pop right off. If you have a use for these indoors in an area where they will not be touched, they should last a long time, but outside or anywhere where people or animals will be brushing up against them, a year is all I think you could expect to use of them. ... show more

These Artificial Ivy Privacy Fence Screen pieces aren't the highest quality and a bit of a pain to put together but overall a decent value considering what you get for the price. This set was less expensive than most I saw. They do provide the instructions and it was pretty straightforward but a couple pieces needed an extra wire to stay together. We're using as a privacy screen on a second floor balcony off my granddaughter's bedroom and they are working well for that. Not perfectly opaque as it's not dense enough for that but during the day it's enough. ... show more
