I have needed a set for a few years. My husband & I plan to RV within the next 5 years. We definitely will buy more for spare sets on hand in the future. It came complete just as described & pictured. Yes it is all black with one tool being silvery white. I however did not have issues "seeing" the tools in the zipper case. Because It was in a baggie within the zipper case. Once I checked everything over & used a couple of the tools to test it out, I put everything back into the baggies/cases. It makes it so easy to store & keep it all together. I don't have to buy baggies to store it all together. I look forward to maintaining my hearing aids & my husband's Bluetooth buds. I love that it is universal so I don't have to worry about having my own set & then my husband having his own set. We will probably end up having our own sets but that just shows that it's good quality worth having for all things ear electronics related. ... show more

More tools than i need, but this is designed to support multiple types of hearing aid. The only criticism is that the case is black, and the tools are black and they are hard to see. The mesh pocket is not ideal to keep them in as things get stuck in the holes of the mesh. A better designed pocket for the tools themselves in the case would be a huge improvement. ... show more

    • Cleaning set is for all hearing aids.
I am a Vietnam veteran and wear hearing aids. I love that this cleaning set had an extra long cleaning stem that can reach into any hearing ever made. My old set could not do that. Delivery was the next day. Great service ball around.

This is a nice little kit. It has all the little tools need to clean any hearing aids. The storage container is just big enough I can slip an extra battery wheel and wax filters into it for travel.

These are a good product for the job, but they break easy. They do not withstand the pressure needed to push the long plastic pins into the small vent wholes in the ear molds. Earwax is the crap I need to clean out of the ear molds so frequently. This takes some stiff bristles and pressure to push the dried was through the wholes to clear the vents.
