My family has visited and slept in this bed. They all said it was comfortable, I did notice that it was a bit more broken in on one side since I sleep on that side. Other than that, everything is great with this bed. It is also very cooling.

The mattress opened up quickly, but I did follow the instructions and left it alone for 72 hours to allow the corners to fill completely. It's very supportive, but not at all overly firm.
