So, the price is the point here on this one.... If you have multiple pieces/brands of heavy equipment, the cost of spare keys could be astronomical. I was in search of spares with this pick, and honestly had good luck with 2 out of 3 of the pieces of equipment. I can personally vouch that this kit has a key to fit a Massey Ferguson 240S, the Turkish made model, with the 47hp Perkins Diesel (around 1994 or 1995 model?). I can personally vouch that this kit has a key to fit a Caterpillar 277B Skidsteer. I didn't have any luck with the John Deere key fitting the JD 110 Backhoe, but like I said, 2 out of 3 isn't bad. I included pics of the key comparisons to the OEM keys so you can see how they line up. ... show more

I've been able to use these on our cat as well as some of our john deere equipment and they work, I don't have any of the other heavy equipment but I don't feel like there would be any issue using it on anything else. It's nice having a spare put up and know that it'll work when you need it. I'd recommend this set ... show more

Buy it, unless you need a large set of like 40 keys that is. All the keys worked fine for me, could have deburred the cat key better but easy enough to fix.

Got this to be able to have some spare keys on the farm for our heavy equipment. We haven't found a tractor, backhoe or anything that it fits. The Case Backhoe key is very close but the metal isn't that strong and we were afraid we would break it off in the ignition. Good idea but needs to be stronger metal and actually work.
