Works just like the one you would get at the big box store. The height clips can pop out but that is probably because I was trying to use it underneath my RV and space was tight. It should be very easy to set up at a campground.

Overall I'm happy that I got this. I no longer need to find rocks to put under the waste hose or lift up the hose from the ground to drain it. It takes some time to put every cross member in the right slot because there is a bunch of them bit once set up correctly the hose drains well. Every campsite is a little different but if you are camping in an area that is level between the drain pipe and the waste hole then there is little if no adjustment necessary. It is only for a 10 foot long hose so if yours is longer there will be some overhang. Mine is 10 feet so it works great for me. ... show more

I just purchased an RV, and this sewer hose is a must-have. I love that it is collapsable and easy to stow away in the camper, but then it stretches out to support the entire length of the hose. I love the adjustable height of the hose holders and the flexibility of turning and adapting to the layout you need.     • Definitely needed for camping in a trailer or RV.

We recently got a camping trailer, so we needed this. We tried camping once without it, but the hose would back up and it would start to smell in the bathroom. We would have to manually pick up the hose so gravity could do its job. That grossed me out, so I figured we should get this. For something that will be used once or twice a year, this will work. If you are a road warrior who camps a lot or travels the country in an RV, you might want to find something a little more durable and rugged. I like that these are all connected together. It makes it easier to put them away. It also will help keep it from falling over. It uses rubber bands to keep the hose in the supports. At this price point ($19.99 at the time of ordering) I wouldn't expect any more from an RV sewer hose support. The plastic is light, but sturdy. I can extend the support quite a bit and it will still hold the sewer hose securely. The hose support is adjustable, which I appreciate, but it is much easier to adjust the height up than down. And the package included a strap that holds the support together when not in use. What more could I ask for? ... show more
