after a week of use, pro points It is made of resistant material. I have only been able to reach 30 mph, I have not been able to reach 36 mph, as advertised, (I checked the speed with the Google application and indeed the speed reflected on the screen is the one shown by the Google app). Be very careful 30 mph is fast and a fall is dangerous. The bag on the back is incredible, I think it is the best thing the bicycle can have, an excellent gift. points against The front basket is inoperative, because it is placed on the arch of the bicycle and not on the steering wheel when making any turn, everything you have in the basket blocks the steering wheel, (I had to remove it) The seat is very high, I am 5.11 tall, placing the seat in the lowest part I still cannot touch the ground. (I had to replace it). Is the bike worth buying? , yes of course. The cost of the bike and the speed it provides is excellent. Note: the bicycle arrived with a small defect but the customer service team solved the problem, (but they take a while to respond) ... show more

The rear cargo bag that is pictured in all the photos for the aft rack does not come with the bike and could not find an option to even buy the bag. I had to go back on line once the bikes arrived and no bags were included and purchase other ones. This is the only negative thing, the bike themselves are awesome, but disappointed in the misleading advertising. ... show more

The fat tires are excellent for gravel, and can be inflated to a pretty high pressure for hard surfaces. The Step Through Frame is the only style an โ€œold guy like meโ€ can handle with bad knees. The built-in basket and luggage carrier is real handy along with the lights and horn. Assembly was pretty simple, but a helper for a couple of the โ€œheavier piecesโ€ makes the job easier. ... show more

Warning -- this seller appears to be changing out the product on this page. I'm reviewing the product I purchased through here, but it looks like they're just bouncing different products through here. Bike is alright. Suspension is worthless. Speed is fast enough. Rack is kinda useless. Charger broke, seller refused to communicate through Amazon's messaging and insisted on doing support through a random qq email address that didn't even appear to be associated with the company. Buyer beware? If it's cheap enough to you that you feel comfortable rolling the dice and getting a lemon without any recourse, go for it. ... show more

This is the most versatile ebike I've ridden. All of the torque and climbing power. Range is great, 30 miles on mostly full throttle and had 45% battery when I got home. Highly recommended. I am 6"1' 170 and can hit 38mph with pedal assist.

It does go very fast and easy to get up hills changing the pas. Brakes work great front and back. Equipped with a Shimano 7 speed. Most assembly is done for you, didn't take too long to put it together.
