Though I was under the impression that I was purchasing a variety of wax packs, of which there’d be a cross selection of brands and years, every pack I got was ‘88 Donruss. I don’t know about you, but Donruss was never my choice back in the day — however, considering the price and the nostalgia factor of the experience, I can’t complain. Plus, I pulled a pretty sweet group of players, including a couple Mark McGuire’s, a Roger Clemens, Roberto Alomar Rated Rookie and a nice pair of Paul Monitor’s — which for me being from Milwaukee, made it extra sweet! I’d recommend taking a chance on these considering what’s out there on Amazon & Ebay in terms of multi-wax pack bundles from the 80s & 90s, it’s a no brainer! Go Brewers!!! ... show more

Not bad at all for the price. I ordered 2 sets & both sets came with the same brands & they both had over 100 cards. I received Donruss, Topps, Fleer & Score. All packages were in good condition & so were the cards.

i’m giving it a four stars i would not gift. These some of the rappers were not sealed and we did not receive any tops brand as described in picture I should’ve went with my God when I read some reviews OK for kids to play with but I would say not worth the money too late my grandson already opened. Wish I could return them and purchase the newer cards for him. It wasn’t as exciting as we thought. It was gonna be. Oh well maybe next time ... show more

Disclaimer: From what I've seen in my research, I would likely not buy these if you are planning to make money off your pulls. You could get some of these packs on ebay for significantly less than it would cost to get this. I was just curious, and I rate this 5 stars because they were exactly what I was expecting. I would encourage you to do your research if you have other expectations. They were packed in a plastic bag and then inside an amazon shipper. I'm not super critical of shipping methods but I would like to urge the seller to ship these in boxes or at least wrap them in some bubble wrap if they are going to continue shipping them in the flat pack shippers. Now, on to the cards themselves. My bag came with these packs: Donruss 1988 Donruss 1989 Fleer Baseball 1990 (three pack hanger) Fleer Baseball 1991 Upper Deck 1992 Personally, I would've liked to see Topps packs, but I know the selections are likely random so I'm not gonna ding it for that. None of the packs appeared to be resealed as far as I could tell, but I don't have the most discerning eye for this sort of thing. I like the idea of these mystery packs because it really is exciting to see what you might get, which is really the appeal of these things. I'm excited to see what I pull from my packs. I got some cool cards like said, and a mariners fan and got a mariner logo sticker in it which was awesome. If your looking for big hits idk with this choice but definitely brings ya back and is pretty cool for the price. Only reason I didn’t give a 5* is based on I didn’t get a huge card. Money is right for this item though. Was just hoping for that one rookie that would have popped but also it’s pretty tough to get with unopened packs. ... show more
