Bright under black lights

They have a nice translusence to them. Like three Double-Bubbles from 1995 chewed for two minutes, right out of the wrapper, popping basketball sized bubbles in the back of the school bus on our way on a field trip, my friend. The colors are great under UV except the blue, it's like a regular non-ph
osphor balloon and the purple is kind of lame as well. The rest look AMAZING and you get a fat bag of them. Stretch them out before you blow them or they'll stretch your lungs out instead! Despite the blue and purple being bad, maybe there's a better batch out there, whatever, I'm still happy with the purchase. That's the reason for the 4. Maybe I can use the ugly ones as waterballoons on my wife...

They reflect black light great!

These balloons were perfect! The purple ones smelled and were in a separate package. They are small and I did have a few pop while I blew them up and no I don’t over-inflate. Yes, I would buy again.

I used these for a “creepy clown” trunk or treat display and they absolutely delivered! The colors were great and glowed under the black light! HOWEVER!!! I ended up in the urgent care for a SEVERE allergic reaction and I DO NOT have a latex allergy that required prednisone to treat!!! So beware of w
hatever chemical that makes them react to the black light.

Neon but don’t glow well.
Color: Yellow,orange,green,purple,blue,pink
I used them for a glow party and I expected them to have a brighter/deeper color than they had. I used them under a black lights so maybe if it’s just for a neon party they would be great-black light, not so great. They are thin and easy to blow up.

Had these balloons for my birthday in Sept, we are now a week away from Thanksgiving and the balloons are still hanging around. This is crazy. The longest living balloons I have ever seen.
