It’s the cheapest and nicest movable fence I found. It is not heavy but made well. Made it into a square. Hoping I can get two more pieces somehow and make one to be a door. I put it together on my own which was pretty easy to get upright and set before pushing it down. I was worried it wouldn’t go into the ground easy but it went in fine.     • H posts make it difficult to install.
After searching and searching I thought I found what I wanted. Well, not exactly. The H posts require you to lay the panels down, insert all the posts from the bottom and then, miraculously, you have to stand up the entire assembly. Really? Nearly impossible to do by yourself. I got one section done but what a mess getting it to stand up so I could put the H into the ground. Need multiple people to help but I don't have people. Straight posts would be much, much easier. That way you could put up two panels at a time. Also, what about a gate? I bought 5 boxes, 1000 bucks so will have to make it work but I do have buyers remorse.     • Works as advertised, but difficult to install or change.

It's not the sturdiest, but works as advertised. Each post has two spikes that go into the ground, which makes this fence more stable, but also creates two problems. First, because of the two spikes, and how the fence sections interleave on the posts, you can't setup this fence in sections. You have to assemble the whole fence laying flat on the ground, then stand it all up together and insert all the feet more or less at the same time, which is incredibly cumbersome even with two people. Second, I'm using this to keep my dog out of my garden, so I'm going to want to take down a section or two at a time to tend the garden, but that's impossible with the way this fence goes together. It's all or nothing. If they made every other post without the second spike—just a simple post—you could remove and re-insert the posts from above, alleviating these two problems. I have a broken chain link fence and I bought this barrier fence to put up next to it. I also fastened it with zip ties. The most important think to do is follow the directions and then lay flat by the are planning to fence and then build the fence and attach panels before (put together each section before putting in the ground) posting it into the ground. It was greatly appreciated that some neighbors helped me fasten it all together and then stand it up and then put it in the dirt. ... show more

    • NOT just a fence BUT PROTECTION

We were trying "to think outside the box", to help keep our miniature dachshund puppy from falling through our balcony railing. We tried "pool noodles" but she wanted to climb up them. Well, her 4 and 1/2 lbs. we were quite worried. So, we started thinking of other things. I came upon these fences, and it was a GO. We installed them upside down so that the flat side is against the balcony floor. The sharp points that are meant to be in the ground are turned up, so no one gets hurt. This is a winner. I used 9 of the 10 panels to enclose an area where the dogs dig for the bird seed that falls from the deck. Works great - easy to install, looks nice, seems sturdy enough that my pups can't knock it down or jump over. Very satisfied.
