I cannot speak for what abec rating they are but after cleaning out the grease these bearings spin freely. Rubber seals can be removed easily with a straight pin or pick. Reinstalling the seals just as easy

It's a bit of a pain to get the washer in that locks the bearing in place. I can't remember what they are called, but it's spring steel, open ended with a hole at each end. I used fine needle nose pliers and a good dose of patience (and also a cold beer). It's nice to see that thing spinning again. For the price (low) I should have done it much sooner. ... show more

These are not "Deep Groove Ball Bearings for Skateboards, Inline Skates, Scooters...". I wouldn't use these for any of those, and they aren't good enough for fidget spinners. They turn smoothly, but they will not free spin. For my use they will be okay, but they are mediocre at best; you get what you pay for. ... show more
