The coffee maker is super easy to use. The burr grinder makes great tasting coffee. My only complaint is that the temperature of the coffee warmer is too low. The coffee maker in my home and my microwave is just a step away, so I just zap. I'd like to know if there's a way to turn that temp up. Responding to other reviews -- I have had no trouble with the brewing. I simply select the number of cups I'm making (the "Powder" setting) and put in the correct amount of water. Coffee is perfect. So users have to get out of the habit of adding more water than needed (like you do with a Keurig). For the other controls like brew strength and grind size, I tweaked on my first few uses and have left them alone since. ... show more

Burr grinder works great. It makes a great cup of coffee. It’s a little tall. It is on my counter top but doesn’t go under wall cabinets. But I have a nice corner for it. Attractive and burr grinder not as noisy as some I’ve had. Good purchase.

This is a great coffee maker and grinder in one. It grinds to how many cups you want so it's really fresh. Thing to remember is, the amount of water you put in is what you will get even if you set it at 2,4,6 etc. those settings are for the grind so if you want 4 cups then water the same. Yep, I put in 10 cups water thinking just fill it right! Nope haha. So other than that, great machine. You will have to practice on your grind setting and bean strength. ... show more

Beans are automatically ground up along with the brew when using the program feature which means I don’t have to wait for my coffee to perk! I love that I can adjust bean usage to my liking, it has a soak feature to extract more flavor, and it doesn’t take 100 years to brew. Best part is, if you do interrupt the brew cycle to grab a cup, it actually stops and doesn’t leak everywhere like other brands have. Worth every dang penny!     • Not strong enough - brews too fast

Even on its maximum strength setting it still cannot brew a strong cup of coffee. Like others have commented don't put 10 cups of water in or it will turn out like tea. I think it brews it way to fast which is why it may overflow on some. I put in no more than 8 cups of water with all settings at max strength and it does alright, but I also had to change to a darker roast to get a ok pot of coffee. There is no am/pm on it, it is 24 hour time which is odd and hard to get used to. It is easy to clean and makes and keeps it hot enough. I like the burr grinder but disappointed it can't make a stronger brew (because the water runs thru it too fast!). Be sure to set the grinder at the finest grind before you fill the hopper, you can adjust the grind to be more course but not finer if there are beans in the grinder. ... show more
