  • Highly accurately made to extreme tolerances!
Size: 1" x 2" x 3" Style: 23 Holes
These are high grade, accurately made blocks. Very heavy! Lots of uses in the shop. Great as mini- support blocks when hand-bushing clock movements. Very satisfied with my purchase of these blocks.

  • Excellent quality 1-2-3 blocks
Size: 1" x 2"x 3" Style: No Holes
They do exactly what you want, as in they are perfectly square, nice and heavy, and exceedingly useful for true-ing up joints and assemblies, or as weights when gluing. I wish I had more, you never have enough of things like this.

  • Very Precisely Ground
Size: 1" x 2"x 3" Style: No Holes
I thought it would be neat to have some solid 123 blocks so I took a chance on these. I checkout out my blocks with my tenths indicator and wow, they're very good. 1" and 2" dimensions were about half a tenth high compared to my gauge blocks and imperceptibly different between the pair, and I could not detect any lack of parallelism. I couldn't get the needle to move past the the first tenths line no matter how I moved the blocks around. The 3" dimensions were the same in terms of match and parallelism but about 2 to 2.5 tenths over 3" compared to my gauge block (and confirmed with micrometer), so that was the only dimension that might start to challenge the claimed 0.0002" accuracy. Overall, these are more consistent and accurate than my other 123 blocks so I think I'll buy some more of these blocks. ... show more

  • They are what they are.
Size: 1" x 2"x 3" Style: No Holes
I use these in leatherworking. They make great weights for holding patterns in place. I've also used them as anvils for setting rivets in tight places. They make a decent hammer in a pinch too.

  • It almost didn't arrive
Size: 1" x 2" x 3" Style: 23 Holes
The machinist blocks themselves are fine and will meet the need I have. However, they almost did not arrive. The mailer they were shipped in was not strong enough, it tore, and they arrived at the post office separated from the package. It was only the good work of the postal clerk that saw to it and delivered them to me. They are relatively heavy and need to be shipped in a better mailer. ... show more

  • Dimensionally correct
Size: 2" x 4" x 6" Style: 23 Holes
Both 2-4-6 blocks dimensionally within the advertised tolerance on all sides as checked with a recently calibrated Mitutoyo caliper. Have an old set I normally use, but needed to make a jig exactly that size for some work and realized that buying these was cheaper than driving over and buying (or getting one shipped) a block of A36 steel and machining it to a 2x4x6" block. Looks to be decent quality and exactly as advertised. Came packaged in oiled paper that would have kept them rust-free for several decades in a warehouse. For this price, would buy it again if I needed another. ... show more

  • wrapper soaked in oil with strong chemical odor
Size: 1" x 2"x 3" Style: No Holes
Wrapped in paper that is soaked in oil with strong chemical odor. I got a strong headache and immediately threw the product away.
