    • Not at all what I expected

Given the larger size I assumed more uniform results, instead the the results were spotty and inconsistent. Bristles are way too soft for a stencil brush. Perhaps that's why. Unfortunately these flaws aren't realized until after you've used it. Now I'm stuck with a very expensive paint brush that I'll allow to awkwardly consume limited craft supply real estate until enough time has passed that I won't feel too terrible for just tossing it. ... show more

I cannot compare these brushes to others as they are the first of this kind that I buy, but I used them for a furniture project with chalk paint and wax and they did a great job. I can also say that they are much cheaper than other similar brushes.

    • Bristles fall out easily.

Nice size for the large stencil I am using but the bristles fall out, not a lot but so far a few and they stick to the wall and stencil. As an example, Like when you buy a cheap paint brush and the bristles fall out, like that.

I bought this to use to apply wax to a chalk paint project. It sheds bristles, making it worthless. I imagine it would be a real pain to use it for painting. I will be throwing it away.
