First I absolutely love this ring. The first photo is this ring the second is my wedding set (2.25 ct total diamond weight set in platinum) just for comparison. I may like it better than my wedding ring set which is very very nice (shh don't tell my hysband). Second the customer service is great. The first ring I ordered was too big. They were prompt in issuing a refund. The second ring I ordered one whole size down fits perfectly and I just love it. This was my mother's day gift and my husband really wanted me to get a diamond ring but I really like moissanite and the way it sparkles. If you are buying this for a diamond alternative that's great too. I have had several people tell me what a beautiful diamond ring I have, I have corrected a few people and told them it's moissanite but that leads to a long conversation with strangers while I am also trying to get out of the store. She loved this ring when it first arrived. The middle stone fell out within two months, even though she treated it like it was a newborn baby. Worse part was it fell out randomly at the mall, so the stone was never recovered. Unfortunately this happened after the return window. Giving the company a benefit of the doubt, I ordered a 2nd ring from their store page - hoping it wouldn't happen again. But the 2nd one didn't even arrive. (Most likely shipping company to blame). Got this for my wife for a wedding vow renewal, it is absolutely beautiful, we both loved it and were happy with it, however, recently we discovered that one of the small stones had fallen out, and the main stone has become very loose and is able to be wiggled around!
