I already had a wired Zosi security system at home. After seeing it, my neighbors wanted me to install a wireless one at their farm. It shipped and arrived in a couple days, and worked great out of the box. They liked it so much that they even had me buy and install a couple additional cameras. Due to the extreme ranges of some of the cameras ( A couple are 200+ yards from the base station, and even the closer ones have poor line of sight..) we had to buy and install a separate external antenna. The picture is incredible. One day a couple weeks ago, the system stopped responding. It had lost power, and when rebooted, it hung on the opening splash screen. We were unable to flash the updated bios, so I contacted Zosi via email. After verifying that I had done my own troubleshooting homework, they issued me an RMA request with no further questions, complete with pre-paid return postage for the unit. Shipping was reasonably fast and the new (not repaired) unit arrived in great shape. After installing it, it not only works, but it performs faster than the previous unit did (possibly due to updated firmware?) During the entire RMA process, Aimee from Zosi was in constant communication with me, answering my questions and providing me updates. She was incredible. If the other reps at their business are the same, they have the best support team going right now. ... show more

This is my second wireless camera system and I have to say it’s money well spent. My first set was a Samsung four camera system. The range sucked to say the least. The cameras are garbage compared to Zosi’s. The range on this eight camera set is very impressive. I use it mainly for keeping an eye on my horses and other animals. The distance from the camera to the receiver is well over 300 feet and it still shows two bars of signal. It comes with two “cell phone” antennas in case you need to add some more distance but I opted to use the antennas it came with. The picture is very clear and has yet to go out due to the weather. I would definitely recommend this system, you can’t go wrong for the price. The only downfall is that the cameras are black but the cable for the power is white. Not a deal breaker, but if you’re wanting a solid color for both then you might want to search a little bit more. All and all I’m very pleased with this system. ... show more

    • My Zosi system that I bought back in June of 2022 crash

I'm not sure when it crashed, but it has not work for 3 plus months now. It is always stuck on System initialization. I have tried disconnecting the hard drive and it still will not initiate. Back before Christmas was the last time I look at the System and it was working then. 3 months ago I came to look for something it may have recorded and it was suck on this System initialization that it should not been. It is not connected to the internet so I got no update or anything like that on it. So I would suggest buying another product. I have gotten in contact with tech support yet. I should also say up until it crashed. It did work great and I enjoyed it. ... show more

I bought this system early February of 2023 and it worked perfectly. However I woke one morning only to see my screen filled with vertical lines. I have since tried another new,confirmed working monitor and another new confimed working hdmi cable both yielding the same result. I have also reached out to zosi customer support via their official website but have not received a response as yet. It’s 2K and is fine for most of us. The camera will need pretty good sunlight to be reliable, it needs some part of some days of full sun. I tried one in an edge row under trees and it isn’t reliable there but it’s not the fault of the camera. Shirley likes it!

Bought the system in March of 2022. System crashed after the company issued a mandatory update. I contacted zosi and started a trouble shooting process where they required several pictures to verify what I was saying was true. I watched several videos and went through all the trouble shooting steps that they required. Once that was done they had me verify my email and my address several times. My purchase several times and then more pictures. The initial contact was October 31st. I received my DVR after 40 plus emails at the beginning of January I had to remove all the cameras that I had previously installed on my home to reconnect them to the DVR. The system now works and I'm being asked over and over again to leave a positive review for their customer service. I explained that I did not think that they did a good job, but they continue to send me emails asking for this review. So here it is I will not be purchasing another zosi system in the future nor do I recommend them. ... show more

I bought this item and didn't install it for 2 years, I installed it now and needed some help so I contacted them thru whatsapp and they were still answering and trying to help me all the way until it was working a 100%, absolutely amazing customer service. Just keep in mind that you have to get a monitor for system setup and some setup changes, otherwise you can connect and see footage on your phone app. ... show more
