I HAD DOUBTS ABOUT THIS SEAT BUT AFTER USING IT AWHILE I LOVE IT! IT'S NICE BECAUSE IT MAKES YOU FEEL CLEAN, WHILE SAVING TOILET PAPER AND I'M SURE THE SEWER SYSTEM AS WELL! LOL THE REMOTE KEPT STICKING AND SOME OF THE BUTTONS DIDN'T RECESS AS THEY SHOULD HAVE. KUDOS TO THE COMPANY FOR SENDING ME A NEW ONE BECAUSE I WAS READY TO SEND THE WHOLE SEAT BACK AND PROBABLY WOULD HAVE PURCHASED A DIFFERENT ONE!; I'M SO HAPPY I DIDN'T HAVE TO DO THAT! ... show more

ok...here we go....as all the people have said...the "T" connector WILL leak.....don't even try to work with it...it is not compatible with American fittings.....that being said....it was a pretty easy bypass...but took a trip to home depot for a new valve.......so....as you can see from my pic...I replaced my single valve that lead to the toilet with a double valve with a 1/4 in compression fitting...the brass compression ring WILL fit over the plastic tubing and work with the valve as long as it's a 1/4 in ......my replacement valve worked great....at first I tried to make the manufacture "T" valve work.....used a ton of teflon tape, or should I say...wasted a ton of teflon tape...lol....after my first failed attempt....I came up with a much better and easier solution....replace my valve......and BOOM....works great with no leaks!!!!......now...as for the unit its self......first impression is very good...the seat easily mounted to my toilet ...I bought it for my GF...so it will take a week or two to give an updated user review....but everything worked...seat was warm...water was instant warm....air dryer worked...I got the unit with the remote control and I'm glad I did...easily stuck it to the wall with the double sided tape that was already attached to the remote holder....it has magnets in it so it hold to the bracket pretty good....holding the remote seemed to be the way to go verses the side mounted control....I tested every function and it performed as it should..the night light isn't as bright as you might think...but it looks pretty cool...dark purple color....my GF was thrilled to finally have a Bidet....and I told her if it performs well over time that I would buy one for myself.....I'll update in a few weeks about that....as far as star rating...I gave it 4 stars because of the "T" connector issue....but I read all the reviews and knew what I was going to have to deal with when I bought it.....if you have any plumbing skills it will be an easy fix to do what I did.....and I recommend that you do it!!! don't mess around with the factory "T" fitting...it won't work.......but so far I'm very pleased with my purchase and even more so is my GF!! I hope my review helps with your decision to purchase this unit....have a great day.........UPDATE 11/25 I ordered one for myself..my girlfriend loves hers so after a year I finally broke down and got my own....the exact same one....here is how that went.....delivery was great as Amazon always is....got the new unit....already knew I would have to replace my water inlet valve....so I did that....easily mounted the seat and turned on the power and water...it "self checked" and all seemed well...but no water would come out...after clearing the line of any possible air...reset the unit by unplugging it and plugging it back in.....still no water.....referred to other people's comments about the same problem...the water heating light kept flashing but no water.......even followed the instructions on the lid...nothing.....some people said it can take a while to start flowing...so I gave it some time....3 days of time..with multiple resetting along the way.....still nothing......so I contacted the owners.....they are a chinese company and i figured it might take a while to hear back....nope..they responded pretty quickly.....they appologized and explained to me that with the research they have put into the complaint problems that seemed to be happening...they concluded that the water they use to test the units is a bit on the hard side and the calcium deposits can kinda stick a water inlet closed during shipping and storing of their units for sale in america......made sense when I thought about it........I did as they explained to me to do to fix the problem......and after giving the water inlet valve on the side of the unit a bit of twisting and flexing around a bit....I re-connected the water line and plugged it in....the water light was still flashing...but I gave it about 30 minutes and came back to see it solid green.....I was thrilled!!! I didn't even have to use the bathroom at the moment but I dropped my drawers and gave it a test run.........WOW!!! the seat was warm and the water came out strong and instantly heated.......oh boy!!!! I WAS A HAPPY CAMPER!!! I contacted the seller and informed them that the unit was working properly and that I was VERY HAPPY!!! the purple night light is surprisingly pretty bright....the remote easily stuck with the already attached tape above my toilet paper roll on the wall and it works great ......I will further update if anything happens to either unit.....hope this review helped you with your decision.....for 200 bucks....it was worth it !!!!....UPDATE AS OF 6/22/2024.....still working great and no problems!!! .....I am very happy!!! working like a charm ... show more

I've tried rebooting until I'm blue in the face. I've tried reconnecting the remote with the seat per the You Tube instructions. I've checked the power supply, no problem. In all of my trials and tribulations I have seen reviews where the manufacturer has reached out to the customer and made things right. I was sure I saw where this unit had a one year warranty. I'm still going to see if Amazon can help me get in touch with the manufacturer. Help! Update: It does have a one year warranty and this manufacturer could not have been more gracious and professional in honoring that warranty. One of the best experiences I have had in several years. 04/23/24 UPDATE: Reneged on warranty! No refund. Wants my personal information to send replacement even after they said they were not allowed to ask for it. Help Amazon. ... show more

    • Excellent product and customer service.
I bought 3 of these over a year ago and they truly take your restroom experience to a whole new level. We bought a new home with a septic system and wanted to limit the amount of waste to it. They have exceeded our expectations! You're left feeling cleaner than ever and can use the drying feature without using any paper. The only down side to owning these is traveling somewhere without one. You will miss it and wish everytime you take a restroom break that you had it with you. As for the customer service, 1 of mine developed a leak about a month ago, so figuring any warranties were over I took it apart myself and found the problem. They aren't difficult to figure out if you have a handy person around. The sensor in mine that tells the seat that the built in warm water tank is full was faulty so it kept trying to fill it causing an overflow. I emailed the customer service asking where I could buy parts at 9pm at night and got a response in 2 mins. Within 10 mins, I was on a video chat call with them as we reviewed the issue. As i said, i had already narrowed down the problem and they just wanted to confirm. They offered to send the replacement part free of charge and I received it from China in 3 days! Amazing. You won't regret buying one of these..but you will regret staying somewhere without one. ... show more
