  • Well made, precise fit and no leaks if you do it right .
Pattern Name: nuts
The is heavy, well made brass and easy to install. Remove your old converter, clean off the Faucet pipe with alcohol, clean off all of the threads on the new converter with alcohol. Be sure you have high-quality plumbers tape, wrap the plumbers tape around the threads on a new converter, make sure you put the washer In the thread nut for the Fossett pipe, the instructions tell you specifically that there’s a washer that needs to be installed first. Screw on your hose fitting for your hand shower but first rap blue painters tape around the nut so it doesn’t scratch, be sure to wrap blue painters tape on the shower head nut so you don’t scratch it. At first it seems that the threads are off but they are not it just takes some torque to tighten it up of the Insta washers and it’s a very tight fit and works perfectly with no leaks and no issues. ... show more

  • Happy with my purchase finally
Pattern Name: nuts
Order and left me really happy. I bought a new shower head and hand held shower head to upgrade my daughters bathroom and the head diverter it came with sucks! It doesn’t sell, leaking all over. With this one you can even feel that the quality is better. #1 it’s not plastic #2 it seals and didn’t leak and #3 it rotates very smoothly! Definitely glad this helped and my daughters shower heads can be used! ... show more

  • Awesome
Pattern Name: nuts
I love this thing. I use it as a splitter on my shower head to connect to a hose for my mini washer and it's incredibly easy!

  • VALUE FOR GOOD QUALITY
Pattern Name: nuts
I've been using a "plastic" diverter and it's worked fairly well, but not great quality...the better model made of metal was twice as much and was hard to turn the lever. This one was priced really well, solidly built, and has an ergonomically designed lever that is much better for these arthritic hands. ... show more

  • Poor design - cannot install properly
This is for the round version. The Nut version actually looks like it may work. The problem with the round version is that you CANNOT tighten it properly. There are 2 flat surfaces, but they really cannot be used: 1. they are the same height as the rest of the product, not elevated or sunk in, so you wind up slipping on the actual diverter and scuffing it up 2. the flat areas are so small, there is no tool in the world I know of that is that thin, and can span around the entire tube. The flat areas are about 1/8" wide, no naturally any tool will overlap to the diverter and scratch it. Then, as you cannot tighten it properly, it leaks like a sieve. I tried almost 10 different tools to accomplish the job (you can see all the damage in the picture and was still using painter's tape and/or rags to protect the surface. Materials seemed ok, but what does it matter if you cannot use it for the intended purpose? Maybe the nut version can actually be installed, but doubt I will give these guys another chance. ... show more
