I have 4 of these carpets in different sizes. They are soft and fluffy and they stay that way. I have had 3 of them for over a year now and they don't seem to get dirty. I even have two cats that shed all over everything else, but these still look brand new, a year later....so I ordered another one, this purple one. The other colors I have are the blue and pink. They are the ones that are a year old. All gorgeous, as you can see from the pictures. You only have to give them a shake outside every once in a while to get anything loose off them. Never expected them to last this long and still look like new. The first pic is the year old aqua entry way rug, and the new purple one. The second is the pink and the third is the blue (both a year old). Although sold on Amazon from 3 different sellers and supposed makers, they are the exact same make because the backing has the same design and everything feels and wears the same. The only thing is that the colors are called Blue (which is really Aqua) Pink (which is a very pale shade of pink) and Purple (which is more of a pinkish purple) as you can see my pictures. The pink and purple are really different shades than the Amazon pictures. Sorry the cat is always in the pictures, but that's why his name is "Star". ... show more

    • Safe? Non-Slip? So far from TRUTH! Bad purchase.

Color is nice. Safety for a BABY's ROOM? No way!!! Probably one of the unsafest rugs I've ever seen portrayed as safe and kid friendly. The false advertising of this rug is sad and AMAZON PRIME has a defect allowing my wife to buy this. One review was accurate but you have to research to find hiding behind reviews that aren't even accurate based on what I saw. Wife has been told we will not use as it as it basically slides across the room when you walk on it. This is NOT meant for a nursery as the damage it could cause far outweighs the "prettiness". The cost to return is pathetic as this was bought under the assumption as it was a SAFE NON-SLIP rug and this is nothing near safe. I recommend to keep looking and if it's a little more money... money well spent. If you can't find better in your budget... JUST DO NOT BUY ONE!! YEA what he said.. PS its nothing like the picture -the wife! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Bought this for my kid's room. Got the hot pink one. The picture is accurate for the color. It's awesome quality for the price. I saw alot of not so great reviews but bought it anyway. It does come tightly packaged, but upon getting it on the floor and ruffling it up it's alot like what is pictured. The wrinkles from folding even out in a couple days too. It has a silky slippery feel to it. It's like a mix between a shag rig and a fur rug. It's not a high class quality rug, but I wasn't expecting it to be for the low price that it is. ... show more

I was searching for an inexpensive rug for my daughter's room and this was a great find. The color is beautiful and it's super soft. It's obviously not a thick rug for the price but it is larger in size. I really got it to give my daughter's room a pop of color and so that she could hang out on some extra soft rug. Everyone in my family loves this carpet. It is so soft and pretty and fuzzy and a huge improvement over the carpet that is under it (I rent). For the price you are paying, this is a great buy! I haven't had any of it come apart and it it very used and stampeded on (not by shoes, just feet). When I first got it there was a really weird chemically smell that I couldn't stand. I washed it at the laundromat in a huge 3 load side loading washer. I let it AIR DRY over our banister and it was good as new with no smell at all, just faint detergent smell. My daughter loves it she slides on it and jumps all over it, it feels seriously super soft. We all love it, it's the best part of going into my daughter's room. So this rug us awesome however I was stubborn and washed it bc my daughter kind of vomited on it when she was throwing a tantrum. She is a toddler enough said so while I had cleaned it I thought I should wash it. Don't! It specifically states not to wash. It came out fine however one side is kind of raised up not bunches but weird it no longer lays as flat so that was my fault. Other than that it is soft and sort of padded which is nice since we live in military housing and the carpet upstairs is really thing, like uncomfortably thin. ... show more

wasn't sure how this was gona be! i read both good & bad reviews & took a chance :O size-wise, the price is unbeatable (even at walmart) it has a cushiony bottom (i don't feel like it's a bathroom type rug - tho i hope if it ever gets drenched, it is! :) it'll dry quickly) at first, the 'fur' is very fine & super silky; as it acclimates to the climate (absorbs air & moisture) it thickens up! i got it for my Asian tea room style living room i wanted to create & have pillows for us to sit on - seriously, most company foregoes the pillows & choose to sit on the rug! that's how comfortable it is :) people have fallen asleep on it, some just keep rubbing their toes or fingers in it; i need not worry about purchasing more pillows to sit on, cuz this is so comfortable - i really don't need to! ... show more

So I ordered two rugs, a blue one and a black one. About 4-6 weeks apart as I purchased a house and I am just now getting around to putting these rugs down. It’s as if I purchased these rugs from two different companies! The blue one I ordered for my toddler sheds A LOT and has gaps all over. The black one I ordered for myself is hard and thin!
