  • Works great!
I bought this product for my husband who has muscular dystrophy. This toothbrush is much easier for him than the traditional brush. It’s faster and requires less muscle activity. It has made his life a bit easier! Thank you!

  • Great for people with disabilities!
For several months, my spouse had been using a Silicone U-shaped brush. From the very beginning, he said "my teeth don't feel clean". I went back on-line and found your Y-Brush. After 1 use, he said his teeth felt cleaner! It takes less effort for a better outcome! Very glad we made the switch.

  • Untrustable
Their CEO tried to gaslight me and lied on the response and their customer service team responded about an issue I didn't have. It says in several places "all teeth at once" then in just one place it says it only does half the teeth at once. I have to help a disabled person brush so doing it twice is substantially more difficult. Several other misleading statements on the Amazon posting and the box. Can't trust anything they say. ... show more

  • What a GREAT product!
I was super impressed with the cleaning ability of this! Cuts brushing time in half and is WAY more effective of a cleaning than with a regular or even a sonicare brush! 100% would buy again and again.

  • Warranty Difficult To get Service
My Y-Brush stopped working after a few months and despite the 2-year warranty they originally refused to repair or replace it. They keep sending back to Amazon which was not able to help me due to it being outside the return window. After leaving multiple bad reviews, the CEO reached out to me and got their customer service to send me a replacement. The brush itself, when it works is pretty good and my kids love that its so much faster. My mouth feels so much cleaner after using this. ... show more

  • Cuts into your gums hard
I know you have to use a durable plastic so it doesn’t break, but dang, these dig into your gums so incredibly hard if you follow the instructions for biting down repeatedly moving it back and forth you will destroy your gums after 3 days of use and it hurts bad. Sucks cause the concept is cool I just feel like they need to do better r&d to figure out a shape and/or material that won’t f up your mouth. Also, the head hardly stays on now it’ll flop off if I move it too quickly while using. Contacted support and got a canned response then nothing. Bummer. ... show more

  • Review: 8 months in [ND][Adult]
Dental care isn’t easy for me. As a kid my teeth were sensitive to hot and cold (Mint toothpaste too). I had stains and etching left by cement post-braces that electric toothbrushes and whitening strips couldn’t fix. I couldn’t afford regular dentist trips after college and was usually too tired to do more than a Closys rinse before bed. +10 years and my teeth were more sensitive to cold or very hot. Five years ago I had chipped a molar. I knew the dentist fees that would happen when I start losing my teeth. That was very real possibility since my dad had dentures by 50. I saw the CES articles about the Y brush and thought “well I have at least that much time to brush my teeth”. Might as well invest as much as any of the ‘smart’ toothbrushes to get rows of teeth clean in one pass. I have had my Y Brush since February. I have a Base start and usually do two cycles on the top and bottom so I get the fronts and backs. Things I love- the Y Brush will pulse twice and blink the On light when it cycles. I won’t space out to lose track of which teeth I was brushing. I am done with brushing, cleanup and mouthrinse in under three minutes. Its helped with my sensitivity and loose teeth. It is easy to care for: I take off the brush to wipe off the handle. The brush goes in a mug with some peroxide mouth rinse overnight. The flexibility of the brush plate allows a floss pick to remove large bits that don’t rinse off. I replaced the brush head in August, and recharged for the first time in September. What I am a little surprised by: the replacement M size is a little bigger than the original. I don’t have as much room to move it around on my bottom teeth. After a month it’s loosening up enough to move it around more like the original head. Baking soda or salt toothpastes like Himalaya are too harsh to use often- it was making my teeth more sensitive again. I prefer gel toothpastes. I think I will get the paste reducer cap to make things easier on myself. It is odd that one isn’t included with all base models of the Y brush to make a better user experience. Tips: Watch the videos to see how to move the Y Brush around- lightly tapping it into your teeth rather than biting it and moving from one side of the mouth to the opposite. Not all the YouTube tutorials show that and it is the most important advice to get a good cleaning (“Tutorial: How to brush your teeth with your Y-Brush?”). Always switch to off before removing the Y Brush and turning it over to do your last half of your teeth. I think going top to bottom works to be less drippy- but drips usually will only happen if you use too much toothpaste. Around a teaspoon is plenty! ... show more

  • Not what I had in mind but decent
They are capable of cleaning your teeth and gums (though not as thorough as a typical tooth brush), but they aren't what I thought they would be. I was hoping for something that I could simply put in my mouth and it handle all of the movements for me. Instead, you need to move it side-to-side, which defeats the purpose of buying this product, at least for me it does. That said, the bristles are soft and do vibrate enough when paired with side-to-side movement that you get a decent cleaning, but again, I don't feel these are worth the price for not providing a true hands free, effortless experience that actually cleans your teeth and gums. ... show more
