I am a true Large and got a large the second time through. First time I saw a few reviews say it runs super small so I actually ordered a 3XL which was a mistake (last 2 photos). The large fits much better. I like short dresses but riding up short dresses are no fun. This dress however does not ride up so I think the length is perfect. I also like the hollowed out side slits because I wanted the hips to be out and shown as it is in the anime. The front is perfect length in my opinion, the back would be nice if it had an extra inch but my buttcheeks aren't hanging out which is a plus. But due to the high slits, I need to wear high waisted underwear which is fine to me. Cons would be that the material isn't stretchy at all (so I see why people in between sizes might want to size up), the material isn't particularly itchy or anything, but it's not cotton comfortable and the dress fits weird in a couple places. More specifically the armpit area has extra loose fabric (extending out about an inch), the hips have extra loose fabric (about an inch and a half on each side which shows with or without the belt) and the belt runs small. It has about 4 inches worth of velcro on both sides but I have it buckled on/hanging on barely on maybe the last 3/4 of an inch so it would be nice if the belt were like 2+ inches longer lol. The extra fabric areas are pretty simple fixes (I don't sew) so I just flipped it inside out and safety pinned down the excess by the armpits and hip areas and it fits like a glove. Still need to figure out soemthing with the belt but if worse comes to worse, I'm sure I can fasten the ribbon (also with safety pins) to block the visible excess velcro lol. All an all I'm content with the purchase and can't wait to use it at the upcoming anime convention. ... show more

Very cute the only problem is it’s fragile, the chain broke within 10 minutes of wearing it but otherwise great, chain is and easy fix. Also runs smaller than average sizing so make sure to check the chart.

I'd suggest going up 2 sizes, at least. I'm an XL(43 bust, 37 waist, 45 hips), and the XXL was suggested based on the pictured size chart, but was impossible to fit in. Perhaps going up a second or third size larger would've been the fix, but I was in a Halloween time crunch and the overall cost(monetarily and my time) wasn't worth it. ... show more

Great for the price. modified some of it to make the likeness closer. I’m 5’6 150lbs and medium fit perfectly. REMINDER: Does not come with the headband which I knew purchasing but just a reminder. This is specifically about the “female” variation of the cosplay, not the “woman” variation. I ordered this as a staple cosplay for the convention in my area and when I received the package, everything was nice, neat, and in great condition. However, the sizing was way off, even while following the chart :( Going by the chart, I would be a Small (fem, bust 35”, waist 25”, hips 35” @ 120lbs) However, I couldn’t even get the dress on from either side. I should have followed the advice left in other reviews because they were correct. This outfit is great for beginner cosplayers like myself. I followed the measurements and once I received the item, it fit but if I were to gain weight in the next few months, it would be too small. I hope that makes sense. Not sure if I’m going to return or not. In all, make sure you size up from whatever you match on the chart!! Also, the photo shows fishnet stockings and I received black ones instead. ... show more

I bought this couple of weeks back for Afest. I mesure myself to bust, waist and hip. Ordered from the size that matches my size. When I got it.. the zíper broke and it was right on me of the bust. I don’t have much nor have much. Get a size bigger and size up by the measurements.

The media could not be loaded. I decided to bite the bullet and buy this costume with no pictures or written reviews. Boy was I in for something, the fabric is amazing on the skin it’s isn’t itchy or scratchy. The costume fit really well and if you aren’t comfortable revealing much you can buckle the thigh belt and close the gap a little bit which I think is great! The chest opening can be a little awkward so I recommend pinning that. This costume also came in super early!! I wasn’t expecting it so soon and I love it!
