I purchased this dress for a fall wedding in NC and it ended up being perfect. I normally wear a size 20/22 and I purchased a size 22 which fit perfectly, but also the top is made of a more elastic material, so there was plenty of give. I am 5’5” and wore flat sandals with the hem hitting the floor, but not too long where I was tripping over it. I received numerous compliments and shared the link to this dress with friends.
