I had a ratty old pair of slippers made like flip-flops. I prefer that style - with the piece that sits between the big toe and the rest of the toes. Been wearing flip-flops since I was a little kid and am not about to stop now that I'm in my 60s! My last pair was faux fur and while I loved them, I wanted something a bit different but with the arch support and foam that gives a bit so my feet are cushioned when I walk. That's what I don't miss about the cheap, beach (flat) flip-flops - hard and while they give some minimal protection to the bottoms of my feet, after awhile they are just unpleasant to wear. This pair of slippers has everything I like and want - the material is soft but not too fuzzy, the base has that give or spring back when I walk, the arch is enough to support my old arches and last, but by no means least - to me - I slip them on in "that old familiar way," with the piece between my toes because that's easy, familiar and just so comfortable for me. ... show more

Comfy. I've bought these for several years. They will loosen, and memory foam will flatten over a period of time, about 6 months. I continue to use them for a couple of years because they are still comfy to the touch and easy to slip on and off. I wear a 9. Ordered 9/10 and they fit very well. They're very comfy and feel good on my feet. My only complaint is the hard sole. Makes it hard to sneak around and not wake family members on LVP at night.

Memory foam - was the reason I bought these. When I put them on, I did not get that memory foam feeling and feel likes its a pretty thin layer. I wear a 8.5-9 shoe, picked the larger size (9-10) and they are also slightly too big - not worth returning and will use them through this summer season and move on to another brand with better memory foam.
