I have zero issues with this capo. I read on here some folks saying it was cheap broke easily damage the guitar but after buying it and trying it for myself I don't see how any of those are ture. This thing is very well made solid has padding everywhere it touches the guitar and fits nice and snug but not overly tight has to damage the strings or anything. I have clamped this directly on the fret itself just to see if it would damage a string and no damage found even after leaving it over night. It does what it's supposed to do very well, and she can move it with no problems. Others we've tried are very hard to move because she needs both hands to pinch it together to move. I bought this capo after cursing my last one. I use it all the time and the spring tension wasn't very good and I was constantly having to futz with it on my acoustic to keep either the high E string from being muted, or the low E string from buzzing, or both. It was the most frustrating thing and I've suffered with it for years. This thing will clearly never have that problem, unless it breaks.
