The foam is thick & sturdy,so it doesn’t flop all over the place when removing or replacing. My dog is a digger & so far the cover & foam have stayed intact. The waterproof liner has kept the foam clean & doesn’t smell of dog. My dog is 14 so the foam is firm enough, yet soft in his old bones. The media could not be loaded. This is a great bed. Well made and of good quality. But she won’t sleep on it. When I bought it I ordered the size appropriate for a 30 lb dog. She said it wasn’t big enough so I sent it back and ordered the large size. She still refuses to sleep on it and instead opts for the old, dirty, huge, round bed that was her 100 lb brother’s before he passed in 2019. (RIP Max). Idk if it too is too small or if her old bed still smells like her bro but the first night w the new, larger bed, she sat by the edge of my bed growling at me till 3a. I finally got up and hiked it down to the dumpster hut praying all the way that the old bed was still down there. It was. It weighs a ton but I dragged it back up to the 3rd floor and put it next to the new one. She promptly laid down and went to sleep. This is a really nice bed and feels comfy to me but what do I know?🤷♀️ Some mornings she wakes up on the new bed then gets up and moved to the old one. Whatever makes her happy. She’ll be 15 her next bday so she pretty much gets whatever she wants. Dogs are family. Adopt don’t shop and spay and neuter🥰 ... show more

Our dogs love this bed!! We have a household of 5 dogs of various sizes and this is everyone's favorite. The foam in the middle is so much sturdier than a lot of other dog beds we have purchased in the past. The bolster foam and main foam is easy to remove which makes cleaning a breeze.     • Comfortable bed for arthritic dog, soft but firm
Bought this bed for my 13 year old lab-mix (50 lbs.) with arthritis and stiffness. The water-resistant liner under the top makes a crinkly sound when she walks on it so initially she was scared of that and didn't want to walk on it! As she's gotten more accustomed to the sound, and also lost some hearing with age, it is no longer an issue. The bed is very comfortable. My kids joke that they would like to sleep on it. The pad is on the firm side, which I think is good for her, and makes it easy to get on and off. She has no problem stepping onto it. The headrest is perfect, I think it allows her to find very comfortable positions and she sleeps well on it. I put a fuzzy dog blanket on top of it and cover her sometimes when the house is on the cold side. Looks very cozy at those times! ... show more

My 40 lb dog doesn't really understand how to use the bed properly but she seems to like it. Lays on it while I'm in the office curls up and passes out. Comes in a small box and needs to be put together. The foam is covered in a slick fabric to make it easy to assemble and the foam recovered very quickly. Great product design. ... show more

My 14 year old puggle (Baby face Max) needed a new bed so I did some research and choose this bed because of the memory foam and rim on 3 sides. Max has taken to the bed rite away and is using the bed every night with no issues. Being 14 years old Max is dealing with old age, diabetes, hearing loss and loss of most of his site. After all this my buddy is still happy and king of the house and his new bed is helping him sleep all night, before this bed max would usually get up once or twice a night.
