Have had it for 3 days and been in it 2 times I have it in the garage so it was only about 40 degrees so it did take a few days to reach 104 it is a cost effective solution to heat and cold therapy ice bath and sauna everyday I will say that there is thermal drop so if the garage is 40 degrees and the tub is 104 it will lose about 2-3 degrees of temp which is to be expected so far I like the tub and the wife does as well it’s a nice added item to the recover area I’ll update with any issues I have. And the wife ordered some spa chemicals for it too it has two filters that need cleaned sometimes I’ll update with more last thing was I tried. To contact the seller for info on what chemicals to use and there is no easy way or direct way, so for safety reasons I’ll be adding bromine and spa clarifier and see how the spa holds up. Over all it’s a good buy Update 10/3/2024 Heater crapped out, while this is a good tub bubbles work still it’s only heating to 98-100 I’m going to contact the company to see if there is a replacement heater that can be purchased or replaced. Brought this Spa as a birthday gift for my wife. She really loves it except for one crucial feature that it lacks, the temperature control is not working ! I'm in contact with the Seller to hopefully resolve this issue. Will keep you posted on the progress. Update to this review. The company is replacing the spa and has been very nice about the issue. We had another inflatable hot tub with an external motor and kept having leakage issues from all the connections. This spa has an internal motor so there aren't any c0nnections to leak from. Kids and I love it. Hot tub quality at a fraction of the price. I will say that it doesn’t like colder temps, says not to use under 32° and I haven’t, but it does take longer to heat up the lower the temps are. You can get 4 filters for $25 for this which isn’t bad, but the filters don’t seem to last long. Happy with the purchase nonetheless. ... show more

I bought this hot tub in May and finally got the deck finished to support the added weight (August), then inflated the hot tub. When I went back the following week to add water, the controller would NOT work. I triple checked the power source and still the hot tub would not activate. This replaced an older hard sided tub after it got ruined in a flood. It was easy to assemble. Heated up in 2 days. First use, I was disappointed. Couldn't get comfortable, cooled off from 104° to 101° ( air temp was 78°) in less than the 20 minutes it ran. Might be perfect for some one to see if they want a hot tub though. Updated review: Filter "warning light" came on again (hadn't used it in a few weeks). Change filters, light stays on. Was going to use the hot tub, only 95°. Ambiant temps had been in the 80's day, 60's night all week. Needless to say, taking it down so not wasting $ on electricity. Will find this one a new home. ... show more
