The right idea is there, but the instructions are difficult to follow, the product is cheaply made and candling is fruatrating. You will set off the alarm and lose your day count when you open to take eggs out and candle. The temp without touching the unit varies a degree or two either way, although the humidity stays about 55% based on an external temp gage I put in the incubator. I have yet to see the hatch rate since we're only 10 days in. If I get a good hatch rate I will update my post, and if not I'll be requesting a return. ... show more

Excellent little incubator. I'm pretty pleased with my hatch rate. Instructions included were pretty clear although I did have to figure out that it maintains humidity so well that I don't have to add any water until lockdown time. Really like the built in humidity tracker, that's extremely useful. I use it with the extra styrofoam it comes with and it maintains a stable temp even on cold days. ... show more

    • Looks Sturdy but....
We bought this incubator for the hopes of hatching our fertile eggs. We liked how spacious it is and love the color blue. It is our first try to hatch on our own. The instructions are a bit confusing. We tried to make it work and followed the manual. From 20 eggs, we hatched only 5. The humidity is the problem it fluctuates and cannot hold it consistently. Low hatch rate for us so we end up returning it. It is a nice incubator, just not for us. ... show more

    • Some eggs not turning
Poor design for egg turning, they rubbed on the side then slid instead of turning. If you turn off the alarm you loose your day count. Had some great features just not worth it.

I am surprised with this incubator. Overall it is really spacious and fits many eggs. I really was not expecting it to be so big and have so many attachments. I am pleased and it works nicely.

    • Works perfect
This product works just as advertised so far. I'll be using it to incubate quail eggs, but I havent actually placed any in the incubator as of yet. I have ran some tests though to make sure the sensors are working properly, and they're about as accurate as you can get. The incubator reads in .5 increments for temp, and hovered between 99.5°-100°F, while the humidity sat at 51%. I placed a stand alone sensor inside the incubator, and it read 100.2° F, with 50% humidity. It got up to temp rather quick and effortlessly, and held true to what it read for the 6 hours that I had it turned on. Can't wait to actually use this product for eggs! ... show more

    • Great and Perfect product!
Very amazing, this incubator hatched my chicks and was easy to read humidity and heat levels. It is dry where I live so I had to add more water than per the directions to keep my humidity levels up, and i love with the incubator!
