Been using Wahl products for years, and just like the rest, this trimmer doesn't disappoint. It's a little bare-bones. It doesn't have any charge indicator, so there's no way to know how much battery you have left. You basically plug it in to charge it and unplug it a few hours later (it has circuitry to stop it charging when it's full). You also won't know when to charge it unless it dies on you. I've had it for two months and use it twice a week and it hasn't died yet though, so you'll likely get several weeks out of each charge. Having said all that, the thing's so cheap and so good that it's hard to be bothered by no charge indicator. It's a powerful little trimmer with a quality lithium battery and enough attachments for anyone. I'd buy again in a heartbeat. The carrying case is crap though. It's made out of similar plastic to pool toys. I'd rather them not include a case at all if it's going to be such lame quality. That's my only complaint though, still very happy with this product. ... show more

The guide combs that come with the trimmer are rather cheap, flimsy and some warped, which brings down the overall purchase value of the trimmer. If you don't need the higher number guide combs you would be o.k. The quality simply is not there. I was shocked to find out that my product was not returnable box opened or not. So no exchange, no return. I will be paying more money for a higher quality tool. I'm prone to buy good tools because my tools take care of me and I take care of my tools. Like the baby chick said - "cheap, cheap, cheap". ... show more

If your beard is on the thicker side and full and you’re simply trying to remove some length it will likely grab and pull your beard hair with every other pass of the trimmer. When it happens, it’s painful and extremely aggravating. When it doesn’t, it functions great. Unfortunately I missed my return window for this product otherwise I’d return it. A beard trimmer should NEVER pull your hair. It’s just a cheap and bad design with the plastic snap on trimmer heads. This design isn’t made for people who have hair that isn’t thin. If your hair is thin and light, it may not grab or pull idk. ... show more
