I didn't receive what was advertised. Of the 4 necklaces I received, two were the same length (20") and one of those 20" necklaces was broken. It looks like the 2nd 20" necklace was to substitute for the 24" necklace I did not receive. Objectively, the necklaces look nice and are hopefully sturdy enough to do the job, however, due to receiving broken merchandise and not receiving the longest option, I can't recommend this product. ... show more

This is exactly what I needed. The necklaces came quickly and are of good quality. However, I was under the impression that I was getting a set of 4 in each box. This is due to the fact that I found this listing when I searched for bulk necklaces and I displayed the option with the bundle of 4 necklaces with different lengths. Then I selected the 20" option thinking that I am still getting the set of 4 but of the same length. I was unpleasantly surprised when packages arrived with only 1 necklace in each box. I contacted the seller who responded within 24 hours and pointed out that the description stated the "necklace", not the "set" or "4 pieces" or "necklaces" as plural. Well, I have to admit they were right. They offered me partial credit and I decided to take it instead of returning my purchase. This is a good product for a reasonable price if you do not need bulk and cannot/don't want to wait several weeks for delivery from another supplier. I am giving this necklace 5 stars instead of the original 2 as it is really what I expected as a product and the customer service was great. ... show more

These are great chains! I have gone through so many chains in the past, only to be disappointed with them tarnishing quickly or discoloring my skin (sterling silver or silver plated copper). I had never even thought of stainless steel chains until I saw them while searching for a new snake chain. I was only looking for an 18 inch chain, and to be honest I hesitated purchasing this set - it seemed the price was too good to be true for good quality. I decided to give it a shot and I'm so glad I did. These chains feel so nice on my skin, the quality is much better than I've had in the past. I have some pendants that I purchased without chains, and these work perfectly. I particularly like that there are four different lengths. These are simply excellent chains! There are 4 of them and I purchased the 2mm version. The Snake Chain is appropriately named as it is smooth and silky feeling against the skin. These also work very well for dangling a pendant from the chain. No chance of snagging anything with this chain as it is as smooth as silk.
