We put them on all of our cabinets including Our pantry. Very sturdy we’ve had them for 3+ years and In a house of 3 toddlers/young children ages four and under. These locks work just fine for the intended purpose. My issue is that they are a little fussy to put together (there is a right and wrong way) so you have to be paying close attention how the pieces fit together. There’s no way you could reassemble this in the dark. It would be better if there was a visual clue as to which is top/bottom and back to front. Another complaint would be the 2 pieces come apart completely so you have to put them somewhere when you open the doors. It would be good to have a way to hook them onto the door handles while they are unlocked. ... show more

I wanted something to child proof that isn't super permanent like something that sticks or drills into our drawers. Our child leaves things alone with these on them and it's easy enough for me to access the cabinets as well. Highly recommend.
