Just adhesive strips & a magnetic key. It comes with screws for extra mounting but I don't think it's necessary. My child can hang on the handle & the adhesive does not budge. Best for a discreet appearance! Child locks can be such a eye sore & distraction for kids but not these, they just simply don't open & the child loses interest. ... show more

These worked great, I used them in the kitchen to keep little ones out of the cabinets. I like that are able to be kept in an unlocked position if needed. They take some getting used to, but work well.

I was a little skeptical at first with the adhesive. I definitely didn’t think that the adhesive would be as strong as it is, even with my toddler tugging on the cupboards all day, they remain in place. Another great benefit is, they are super easy and quick to install.
