Bought two chairs, Grey and Purple, delivered as several parts, but it was easy to put together, I finish the assembly of one chair within 20 min. Soft lumber cushion with two straps is the most part I was looking forward. I was having back issues with my previous chair, but I no longer have as big of a problem in these two chairs.     • Comfy chair but not so comfy arm rests
The chair itself is everything I wanted- back support, stylish design, and something that can handle both me and my kids when they want to climb up on my lap while I'm working at my computer. My only complaint are the arms. With their design they aren't exactly sturdy and I always fear it's going to give way under my kids' climbing antics. I have noticed also right after putting it together that the arms were a little unbalanced- one sits juuuuust a little higher than the other. It's not a big difference though, I only ever notice it when I go to push my chair in and one arm will tuck neatly under my desk but the other will hit the table surface. Nothing that lowering the chair a tiny bit doesn't fix. The chair is SUPER comfy but take note that the arms of the chair ARE NOT PADDED- just hard plastic! I'm waiting on an order of fake purple leather to make some cushion myself with to pad it down. ALSO HEY THIS THING RECLINES?! That was a neat little surprise! I didn't even notice it until my husband asked what the second lever bar was for. It's REALLY nice not gonna lie. I bought this for my daughter who is a big-time gamer purple is one of her favorite colors this chair was very easy to put together it took two of us just because it made it easier to have someone hold certain pieces in place while the other screwed the screws in and tie and I believe it took us less than 15 minutes to put the whole thing together it was very easy to assemble she loves it it’s extremely comfortable very sturdy exactly how it looks in the picture if not better in person we are very happy with this purchase she is a happy girl thank you Update!!!! My daughter love this chair so much that my husband and I plan on getting one for ourselves in a different color when I went back to look at my old order to order the same chair and check out the colors I noticed that this chair was supposed to come with a foot rest/leg rest hours never came with that I contacted the seller so we will see what happens, I hope the seller does the right thing and send it to us since we should have gotten it to begin with ... show more

I love my chair. I'm not a gamer but I do sit for long hours because I'm in college. This chair helps a lot, great back and neck support. I do have to adjust the neck support sometimes but that's fine. It's a great price and the color is pretty!!!

I ordered the purple and black chair. I got impatient waiting for it due to the delivery date changing multiple times and the chair ended up coming late. When putting it together I became easily frustrated with it and my boyfriend actually ended up finishing it. So it seems like assembly takes some patience but after having this chair for a couple weeks now, I do love it. I sit in it for hours when gaming. I wish the foot rest was longer as I do have very long legs. It’s a little sketchy as to whether at some point the weight of your legs could easily break the foot rest as it doesn’t seem like it’s held up by much.
