As with any new piece of equipment, it took me a little while to get use to the operation and setup of this ebike. I'll have to say that Customer Service and Tech Support service has been great and quick in responding to my questions. From what I've learned in these few short days, this bike is well built and performs very well on the trail. My only complaint now is that the bike is a bit tall for my 5'0" wife and she has a little trouble getting up on the seat. So far, she has been able to work around this issue. I bought this bike to ride to the park with my dog and save gas. It shifts well and quieter than 2 other electric bikes. I had a problem with the seat post lock. When I loosened it, it came apart and had a hard time getting it back together. I almost bought a new one. Also the screws that attach the basket are cheaply made and won’t thread so replaced them. I am a 74 yr old woman and was able to assemble it by myself. I watched the video. The seat isn’t soft enough for me so will get a memory foam one, but if I were younger it probably would be fine. I was pleasantly surprised that there are options to change on the settings which I haven’t tried yet but need to brighten up the screen. My other bikes surged abruptly at first but this one doesn’t which I really like. Easy does it! You can adjust that as well. The rear carrier has a spring to hold items down. The security alarm only goes off when I turn it on and the remote doesn’t activate but don’t think I would use it. I am 5’11 and it fits well and I like the hand grips and handle bars. My wife and I bought a pair of these for my retirement and camping trips. They work very well. The battery has held up as advertised with 20 miles on the bike only dropping it down to 50%. I tend to leave the bike in 7th gear and let the assist work. It’s like being a kid again at 65 and hills are no issue.
