So I read all the reviews and decided to purchase one. When it arrived everything was packaged well and the assembled took less than 30 minutes. Unfortunately the front tire was not holding air and appeared to have a cut. I was hesitant to contact the company due to the trouble others have had with getting a resolution. After I went through the Amazon remediation I had decided I would wait a few days and just take it to a bike shop and have them fix it. However, within hours of sending in the return ticket I got a reply from the company asking what they could do to help. I told them that I was fine with the bike and no shipping damage but that the front tire was not holding air and appears to be damaged A few hours after I sent the reply I got another response saying a new tire would be sent out to me and I should have it in 7-10 days Wow…. I was so happy with the immediate response and to have a new wheel coming to me. I did borrow another bike tire until it comes just so I could ride it As a 64 yr old adult, this bike is an absolute joy to ride and at 220 lbs it pulls me up 30° inclines with no trouble at all. I so excited about a e-bike! This is going to really influence me to get back on the trails and also riding in my neighborhood ... show more

    • Pack and pay for Shipping?! UPDATE:
This e-bike didn't work. The battery is fully charged, and I performed all the troubleshooting that was requested of me, but to no avail. I'm supposed to receive a full refund, but we'll see. What really ticks me off is that I have to repack the entire e-bike and pay for the shipping. I had assumed that Viribus would either pay for the shipping or just request that I ship back only the battery. If things change I will update this post. UPDATE: I decided to inspect the e-bike one more time...and discovered within the velcro wrapping near the handle bars, a loose wire. I simply reconnected it and we're in business. My wife is so excited and I'm happy for her and myself (I don't have to repack and ship this thing). ... show more

Electric power does not work, has never worked consistently. Power is sporadic. Company sent parts that took 4 weeks to receive, power still sporadic. It looks pretty but just a peddle bike. Do not buy from this company.

Rides and performs grate,the only issues is paint issues not sure if due to shipping or from warehouse handling, I would recommend buying this bike.

Bought this bike new, has not run sense day one, company gives me the run around. They sent replacement parts everything except the motor and the bike still will not run , this is been ongoing sense February. I would never buy from this company again. The bike was beautiful! I loved the style and look, but it never worked! The company was excellent in trying to help me trouble- shoot sending a new charger, new battery,but nothing worked and I had to return. Very sad it didn't work for me.
