The package arrived in an expected box and packaged well. It will come with 2 batteries, remote, cord and memory card. I doubt I will be using that memory card as it is just 32GB. Plus I prefer the micro Sd cards. Formatting card was a breeze, as it was like any other. The camera itself is pretty solid, no loose parts so to speak. The camera is easy to operate. Optional use of included instructions if you need, which in brief review are straight forward and easy to decipher. The picture quality is amazing for the price point. I have another camera and this one outperforms it without a doubt. Crisp, clear and bright. My impression is this will last for several years with normal use. I had one different brand that lasted a year and another that is on year 3. I expect this one to outperform them by several years. I am just glad I have a 4k Ultra HD camera now. ... show more

This camera was easy to manage, simple instructions and charges quickly! This camera is great fir catching all special moments. The quality of the recording is great along with a simple play back! If you are looking for a small camera to catch videos and pics this one is great!

    • Not the best… not the worst
The quality for it being 4k and Ultra HD, it’s kinda bad. The quality is only good from a distance, so if you plan on vlogging up close good luck. The camera mic is crap, you’d have to buy another expensive attachment just to get okay sound to play back. I mean for the price you can’t expect much, but still sucks for what they advertise. You can’t even change any focus settings only contrast/ sharpness settings, so you may have to buy a 100$ lense to get better focal adjustments. As mentioned before it’s not too bad for the price but definitely a 2/5 if not 1/5 stars for overall performance and quality. ... show more
