This has been a life saver for my body especially for circulation purposes and restless leg syndrome relief it also helps as a massage for your feet and legs after a long hard day sitting down or standing up it's amazing I liked it so much and it helped me so much I bought one for my elderly father who has poor circulation he absolutely loved it. Highly recommend. Has Bluetooth and the cord is long so you can pretty much place it where you sit on your sofa or chair and it will reach the outlet. It also has suction cups on the bottom so it stays still on hardwood or ceramic or tile also does grade on my rug never moves and I have used very high speeds with no issues supports a very nice weight as well for us heavier folks. The media could not be loaded. I did enjoy this product while it was in working order. I felt good circulation going through the body with use of this product. Unfortunately, after six weeks of use the plate is no longer vibrating. Power will turn on the device. The remote works well still but the vibration is no longer working after six weeks. I didn’t use this daily. I use it two times a week out of the six weeks. I am very surprised & dissatisfied that this product no longer isn’t working order. Since I am outside of the month mark, I am no longer able to return this product. I did try troubleshooting with the troubleshooting prompts and none of them worked for this particular issue. I am hoping company reaches out to me after this review in hopes to remediate the issue. ... show more

I got this because I work from home it stays under my desk. I can turn it on and use it whenever I need to and I can stand up and use it as well and it keeps my muscles toned and my lymphatic system moving because when you’re sitting for long hours and you’re working from home, you don’t get a lot of exercise so this is perfect. ... show more

The machine works great in terms of the vibration. However the pad on top after two uses came apart and I'm not able to get the mat to stay tacked to the machine I have even used gorilla glue and that did not work.

I wanted to try this product out because I heard a lot of reviews that it was helpful for low back pain and I can also agree with them! After having used it several times, I've felt an improvement in some body aches and pains I've been feeling. I have degenerative damage in my lower back that I can easily throw out in my sleep with tossing and turning and bad sleeping positions. Which is precisely what happened to me this morning. I woke up feeling like my back was going out again. I decided to sit for 10 minutes on it, with my feet comfortably crossed in front of me on the ground in front of me sitting on the machine. The vibration really helped and felt like a massage, all the way up my back and down for that entire time. I felt the circulation improve and then I used it again later, sitting in a computer chair with my feet on the pad. It's a very versatile machine, super powerful, but I'm ok not having resistance bands. My overall balance and strength have improved as well!
