We had a rickety hall tree that just wasn't doing it for me. I found this one for an amazing price on Amazon and had to buy it. Very easy to assemble (it was just me, so I have no complaints!) I do wish they would have included the little hex wrench, but I had a bunch from previous projects, so it wasn't too much of an issue. The media could not be loaded. This product was very easy to install. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. Product serves its purpose and it’s also very presentable and looks good in my apartment. Fits well next to my door right when I enter. It’s very convenient and I like the design. Love the shoe rack.
