I used to use gel to foam shaving cream for sensitive skin and I thought it worked well. A friend recommended this shaving cream and it's the best shave I ever had. Very easy to spread on my skin and I don't need a lot. My last shaving cream made me feel like I was using a lot and I love how this shaving cream is in a bottle and not a can, so I have more control on how much I use. I felt really smooth afterwards and left no razor burn feeling. My skin did not feel super dry when I was done.     • Not to be dramatic but this is the best shave I’ve ever had
I have white spots around the hair follicles on my ankles and shins idk why and this minimized that after one shave and my pubic area has never looked this smooth/not irritated. I’ll be using this the rest of my life even though it smells like feet lol (that’s why I deducted 1 star)

    • Great for sensitive skin
This is great shaving cream for sensitive skin. It glides on smoothly and makes shaving a breeze. It has prevented nicks and cuts and makes getting the job done a lot easier. I also don’t feel like my legs are very dried out afterwards. No shaving bumps either which is a huge plus. Highly recommend.

Doctor recently suggested I switch to all Vanicream products to deal with some horrid skin issues I was having. They all work great and I can't recommend them enough. I had some reservations about this product from the mixed reviews and the fact that I use an old school safety razor for shaving. It's a foamless product which can throw people off as you have to take the time to really rub the product in and use warm water. But the shave was good - very good, actually. Normally I used a lathering cream on top of shaving oil but this on it's own worked well. Yes, it smells like corn chips, but presumably you're buying this because the masking scents in other products are an issue for you. Wish they made an aftershave balm! ... show more
