I have been using this for several years now. I bought it first based upon Dr. Day's recommendation on Rachael Ray show. I really like the fact that it doesn't leave your skin dry. My skin is mature dry skin. Anything I use must hydrate the skin in some way. This doesn't leave your skin feeling tacky or a bit greasy. It just leaves it feeling soft. This cream exceeded my expectations. I have sensitive skin so I was looking for a cleanser that was fragrance free and wouldn’t break me out. I used to wash my face with the Cetaphil facial cleanser but they seem to have changed the formula as this one I got recently had fragrance on it and it was somewhat strong. Also something I noticed is that I started developing bums on my forehead which is something I’ve never had with the old Cetaphil formula. So after reading some reviews I decided to purchase the Vanicream cleanser and I absolutely love it. There is not fragrance on it the consistency is just great and the most important thing is that I don’t get any bumps on my face. For someone with oily but sensitive skin this works amazing. I’ve tried different cleansers but they’ve all been so harsh but this one is made for sensitive and oily skin. My go-to face wash changed their formula and it dried me out so badly I had to find an alternative. A friend recommended vanicream so I gave it a try- and I am SO glad that they did.
