The media could not be loaded. Let me just say how much I love this vacuum. I recently switched over from having a cordless vacuum but unfortunately after three months, the battery would not stay charged as long, so I was not able to finish vacuuming some of the rooms in my house before the battery would die. This vacuum, however does have a long cord which makes it nice to go room to room. It’s lightweight, the suction is powerful for as small as it is, I haven’t had any issues with it leaving hair or debris that it couldn’t pick up either on carpet or hardwood floors. It’s quieter than most vacuums I’ve owned, and really light weight. I love the fact that you can use it at it’s full length or just use the provided attachments to vacuum the couch, or even your car, which works amazing in all of the crevices. I love the fact that it can stand up on it’s own (however, I am cautious as I do not want to tip over and cause damage to it) so I put it in a hard surface standing up. It also works great on hardwood floors and tile.. The pivotal head with head light gets in all of the small areas you can’t get to or see and the fact that I can vacuum underneath my couch is amazing. I do not own pets however, I have used it to vacuum up pet hair for a family member’s dog, and it worked great. It even picks up sand from children’s shoes. This vacuum has great sucktion, it picks up every little piece of dirt, I love that it comes with all attachments even a wall mount, It's light weight on bottom alittle heavier on top,(I wish it was just the opposite way),it stands by its self,I love that, very easy to put together, I have not tried customer service yet but. I hope if anything should ever happen they are on it right away.hair removal is very easy.i love this vacuum will buy again if needed. ... show more

I was using a shop vacuum with a 6 foot cord to sweep the entire main floor of my house so just about anything is better than what I had. I've used many other vacuums in the past though, so I can compare this to many others. For the price this was a decent vacuum. I wanted something with a cord. I can plug the cord in the central area of my house and reach all corners of the house. It has decent suction. I don't think it's as good as a Dyson cordless vacuum but for what I need it works. The first week I used it I tested it on chocolate cake crumbs on the floor left from my kids, and it swept most of it up without smearing any about. It works on my living room area rug but it definitely is not made for shag rugs or thick carpet. Only thing I don't like at all is there is no button to unlatch the floor head, so you have to force it to unlatch. I can tell that is going to wear on the latch quickly and eventually it won't self stand any longer cuz the latch will break. Very poor construction for that feature. This is the closest to my Dyson V8 I can get. In fact, it’s better. As long as there is this vacuum and they haven’t changed anything on it. I won’t be buying a Dyson again. It’s lightweight and powerful and it doesn’t run out of juice I ordered three altogether. Unfortunately, the third one I received seems to have a weaker suction so I hope they are not shrinking the horsepower. Other than that I highly recommend. If you notice it doesn’t suck very well, then it’s not the vacuum I got six months ago. I kept the third weaker one for my craft room because I don’t need strong suction but if I order another one and it happens again, I will edit my review to let you all know. If the suction is quite strong (you will feel it gripping your floor and I have vinyl flooring) and they haven’t changed anything, do not hesitate to buy this! It’s made vacuuming almost fun! Pros: Good suction The cord makes sure the battery isn't an issue Easy to swivel and clean Easy to empty Cons: Cheap construction. The locks for the joints broke first then the whole wand got flimsy and weak feeling. I've only had it 2 months. Not sure it will make it 3 The filter clogs up nearly immediately and is tough to clean. Not sure why so much dirt gets all the way inside but it does The cord is a tad short The base is a little heavy for lifting while using the dust brush While it can work on carpet, I wouldn't use this as my only vacuum for wall to wall. It does a great job on other floors (versatile with tile, laminate, wood, concrete, etc) I bought this September 3rd. I wanted something small but powerful and this is it. I like this vacuum cleaner because it is small and it’s really perfect for a home that doesn’t have a lot of carpet. It was very easy to assemble, it’s not very loud. It picks up pretty well. Also, I want to say a few words about great customer service.
