I bought this for my Elantra 2013 limited for the main tail light/brake light bulb as my current socket was burnt out. The bulb fits quite well well with the socket but when I tried to put the socket in the socket holder of the tail light assembly. It was too tight because of the rubber washer that was too thick. Not only were these NOT a proper fit for my 2012 Hyundai Sonata SE taillight/brake light (which wasn't a problem since I carved away the additional plastic blocking the socket from seating properly), but once I wired everything together (correctly), the light still didn't work. This was showing as compatible for a 2014 hyundai sonata and when I tried to install them they wouldn't fit so I had to shave down one of the plastic nubs to get it to go in. But otherwise I haven't had issue with it since installing it
